Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Flower Mound, TX

Pay: $70,000 – $85,000

Job Description:

This Executive Assistant will be the right hand to the executive leadership team, providing high-level administrative support, managing schedules and travel, coordinating projects, and acting as a liaison between internal departments and external partners. This is a great opportunity for someone who is polished, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide executive-level administrative support to CEO, COO, and President
• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and handle email correspondence
• Coordinate all domestic travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and transportation
• Assist with managing personal and business-related scheduling and logistics for executives
• Communicate with vendors for local property management and executive-owned projects
• Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and confidential documentation
• Liaise between executives and internal departments, clients, and stakeholders
• Maintain organized filing systems, order supplies, and assist with basic invoicing
• Potentially manage an Administrative Assistant based on experience

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership
• Strong scheduling, travel planning, and calendar management experience
• Experience working in a smaller organization (under 500 employees preferred)
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
