Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage the air permitting programs (PSD, Title V, MACT, NSPS, etc.).
• Manage air program compliance reporting.
• Assist with environmental audits of facilities
• Communicate, train and reinforce environmental standards and compliance activities.
• Conduct investigations of major incidents.
• Serve as Company representative with federal, state and local agencies.
• Manage compliance with federal, state, and local obligations (EIs, TSCA, etc.)
• Keep Standard Operating Procedures up to date.
• Write and train employees on Emergency Response Plans.
• Assist with Capital Projects when needed.
• Work with management on Environmental budgets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in science, engineering or other related discipline.
• 2 – 10+ years of environmental permitting & compliance experience specifically in air.
• Requires up to 25% travel.
