We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our passionate nonprofit outreach and marketing team —where your work directly supports life-changing causes through face-to-face engagement and community-based campaigns .

🎯 Your Role as a Customer Service Representative

In this public-facing, impact-driven role, you’ll serve as the voice and face of nonprofit campaigns , helping connect mission-focused organizations with the communities they serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent nonprofit partners at live events , community fundraisers , and grassroots outreach initiatives

• Initiate conversations with the public to raise awareness about pressing social issues

• Communicate nonprofit missions, goals, and impact with clarity and passion

• Educate individuals on how they can get involved or contribute

• Build lasting relationships that foster long-term donor and volunteer support

• Collaborate with team members to meet campaign goals and ensure smooth event execution
