Ron Jon Surf Shop is seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Manager to join our team. This position runs and manages the world famous Ron Jon Surf Shop website and e-commerce business. This job reports to our corporate headquarters facility located in Cocoa Beach, FL.

The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for delivering superior user experience utilizing technology, data, and knowledge. This includes managing product information, data, fulfillment team, online store, product assortment, and working closely with various departments to ensure an exceptional online shopping experience. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on execution and strong people management skills.

This position requires technical knowledge, creativity, positive people management and, ideally, retail experience. Ideal candidate has both retail background and e-commerce experience that understands the importance of team building and collaboration across all company disciplines. Position handles all aspects of e-commerce from website design and development to customer shipment quality, delivery and satisfaction.

Must be able to commute to our Corporate Office. No relocation package available. THIS JOB IS NOT REMOTE.

Required skills and qualifications:

• 5+ years of management experience in DTC e-commerce merchandising and content.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-Commerce, IT, or a related field.
• Experience with ROC platform (or similar).
• Proven track record of developing successful e-commerce, merchandising, and content strategies that result in measurable business outcomes.
• Expertise/knowledge of best practices in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
• Solid communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of web development and CMS platforms for custom e-commerce solutions.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• 18 years or older.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening, background check and credit check.
• This position requires the ability to perform extended desk-based computer work as well as periods of standing and moving throughout the workday.
• Reach, carry, bend and climb ladders occasionally.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
