Position: Data Entry Specialist

Compensation: $18 - $20 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Accurately enter and update owner information in databases
• Review ownership documentation for data input
• Assist with ownership changes processing
• Maintain documentation and digital filing systems
• Communicate with teams to verify data discrepancies
• Support the Owner Relations team with administrative tasks

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior data entry experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in oil and gas industry
• Familiarity with oil and gas ownership documents
• Associate degree or higher
