Position Description:

We are seeking highly motivated and professional individuals to join our Client Support Services team. In this role, you will handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on client accounts. You will be expected to respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency while consistently meeting key department performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support across multiple service areas including cash management products, online platforms, mobile applications, and general account inquiries.
• Deliver world-class service by maintaining professionalism and strong client focus in every interaction.
• Manage a high volume of incoming calls with accuracy and timeliness.
• Contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Adapt quickly to process or system changes in a busy financial service center.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• College degree (any discipline) OR prior contact center experience.
• Previous experience in customer service, financial services, or call center environments is a plus.
