Superintendent - Mission Critical

We’re looking for a boots-on-the-ground leader who knows how to run a jobsite like a well-oiled machine. As our Mission Critical Superintendent, you’ll be the driving force behind high stakes builds.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all field operations from mobilization to closeout on mission critical projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trades to hit aggressive schedules
• Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards with zero compromise
• Drive daily standups, progress tracking, and issue resolution
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless delivery

Qualifications:

• 5+ years directing commercial construction sites, with a strong preference for mission critical builds
• Demonstrated success managing $30M+ projects with intensive MEP scopes
• Deep working knowledge of electrical distribution, HVAC systems, low-voltage networks, and integrated infrastructure
