Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Quality Manager (CQM) to support U.S. Army construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and/or Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) construction standards, with proven experience in enforcing quality, safety, and regulatory compliance on large-scale federal construction projects. This position requires the ability to obtain and pass a U.S. Army background check.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and implement the Construction Quality Control (CQC) program in accordance with EM 385-1-1 Safety and Health Requirements Manual , USACE, and NAVFAC guidelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for quality assurance on U.S. Army construction projects.
• Conduct preparatory, initial, and follow-up inspections to ensure construction is performed per contract requirements.
• Prepare and maintain the CQC plan, quality control reports, submittals, test results, and as-built documentation.
• Coordinate with federal stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve quality-related issues efficiently.
• Maintain job site compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Lead quality assurance audits and participate in government quality inspections and meetings.
• Report non-conformance and drive corrective action processes to closure.
