Position: Construction Project Manager

Location: Farmington, CT

Compensation: $105,000 to $135,000

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project management tasks including RFI/RFP submittals, processing change orders, and ensuring quality and efficient project completion.
  • Collaborate with ownership, superintendents, and subcontractors.
  • Plan all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion.
  • Obtain necessary regulations and permits.
  • Order necessary supplies, tools, and equipment.
  • Ensure projects align with agreed-upon plans.
  • Coordinate the full project lifecycle with the Superintendent and Ownership.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and ensure efficiency.

Desired Skills (Not Mandatory):

  • Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, AutoCAD, and similar tools/technology.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to be agile on the job site, managing moving timelines and objectives.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field(s).
