Renaissance Management Company manages 4-STAR rated independent Chronic Dialysis facilities located in the Fox Valley and Tri-Cities IL. areas. We pride ourselves on having emphasis on high quality patient care.

We are currently hiring Full-time Dialysis RN Chronic Unit Manager for our Aurora Dialysis Clinic. This Manager will run the day to day operations of the dialysis facility by focusing on patient care, staff development, and maintaining highly rated performance standards. 5 day/week (Monday-Friday, weekends as needed, rotating call weekend)

Requirements :

• Current RN license in State of IL;
• Dialysis Experience Required;
• Management/supervisory Exp.
• Patient Care Driven;

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the dialysis unit, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.
• Manage staff schedules, providing supervision and support to personnel.
• Maintain accurate patient records using EHR systems and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families about dialysis procedures and post-treatment care.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to any complications or emergencies.
