We have a great opportunity for an Senior Call Center Representative with a Pension and Benefits Fund.

This is a contract-to-permanent position for the right individual.

MUST HAVE call center experience.

Responsibilities :

• Process recipient information such as direct deposit, tax, change of address, etc.
• Research and advise the accounting department on returned pension benefit checks
• Review and prepare correspondence for electronic files that pertain to collection processes
• Communicate with pension recipients and banks to set up repayment agreements, collection letters and acknowledgements
• Search Internet Resources and Accurint site to update pension benefit information
• Prepare documentation needed to recover fraud or forgery claims
• Maintain list of all pension overpayments on Excel files
• Assist in recouping federal income tax overpayments
• Assist in responding to 1099 phone calls and preparation of 1099 forms

Qualifications:

• 1 year Call Center experience
• Experience in Customer Service, Data Entry, Finance, Processing, Accounting, Banking
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Communication and customer service skills
• Ability to pass skills test
• Background check and drug test required

Pay:

• $30 per hour
• 35 hour work week
