This role is ideal for a highly analytical professional who enjoys translating complex business needs into actionable technical solutions. You will provide advanced operational and technical support for business systems, ensuring that processes and solutions align with organizational objectives. The position involves data analysis, system support, reporting, and requirement gathering, with opportunities to mentor junior analysts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve system efficiency, support end-users, and contribute to the development of functional specifications. This role offers exposure to multiple systems and the chance to impact organizational decision-making through analysis and reporting. Remote flexibility allows you to work across multiple U.S. markets while staying connected to key stakeholders.

Accountabilities:

  • Analyze, compile, and interpret data to support business decision-making and process improvement.
  • Provide daily technical and operational support for assigned systems, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Assist in implementing system enhancements and modifications to optimize functionality.
  • Determine system requirements and document them through reports, project plans, and specifications.
  • Produce reports to identify patterns, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  • Guide and mentor less experienced analysts in the workgroup as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operational Support, or High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Experience supporting operational systems and managing system modifications.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Preferred: prior experience as a contractor or contingent worker in a financial institution environment.
