Position Summary

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated team. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide clinical oversight, individualized programming, and staff training while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Responsibilities

• Clinical Oversight: Manage a reasonable caseload of clients, overseeing individualized treatment plans and ensuring quality service delivery.
• Assessment & Programming: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), develop and implement treatment plans, and update programming as needed for children with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
• Parent & Caregiver Training: Provide hands-on training to caregivers in home, school, and community settings to foster skill development and consistency.
• Staff Supervision: Mentor and supervise RBTs, therapists, and other team members, ensuring adherence to best practices in ABA.
• Progress Monitoring: Analyze and document client progress, prepare reports for stakeholders, and communicate with funding sources.
• Collaboration: Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of clinical procedures.
• Others: As needed other responsibilities and ability to work in various settings such as our headquarters, school, or private homes

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and demonstrated experience in developing and implementing behavior support programs.
• Proficiency in conducting and writing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
• Professional interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff, clients, families, and other agencies.
• Ability to handle emergency crisis interventions calmly and effectively.
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds and frequently move, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Possession of a current California driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
• Clean criminal background check.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including late afternoons, evenings, and occasional weekends.

Work Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Availability required during peak hours - afternoons/evenings and some weekends
