A-Level Automotive Technician

Location: Goodyear, AZ

Earning Potential: $75,000–$110,000+ per year

Schedule: Monday–Friday, No weekends

We're looking for a highly skilled A-Level Technician who thrives on solving the problems other shops turn away—drivability issues, complex diagnostics, older vehicles, light diesel work, and more. What You Bring to the Table

• 8+ years of experience in the field (preferably in independent shops, dealership experience acceptable)
• Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic skills—someone who can solve real-world problems (we know no one is perfect; there’s always room to grow)
• Deep understanding of electrical systems, CAN networks, and the diagnostic process
• Comfortable working on older vehicles, light diesel engines, and RVs
• Own your basic tools; we provide advanced diagnostics and specialty equipment
• A team-first attitude—no egos, no shortcuts, no excuses
• Dependable, honest, and committed to doing the job right

What You’ll Be Working On

• A mix of gas and diesel vehicles, light-duty trucks, fleet vehicles, and RVs
• Electrical and drivability diagnostics—you’ll be solving real problems
• Complex mechanical repairs that other shops send away
• No tires, bodywork, or paint—we focus on real mechanical repair

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $75,000–$110,000+ annually
• Health Insurance: We cover 50% of your premium
• Dental & Vision: Available (100% employee-paid)
• 401(k) Retirement Plan
• Paid Time Off:
• 1 week starting in Year 1
• 2 weeks starting in Year 3
• Closed weekends and all major holidays
