Associate Director, Clinical Programming

*Candidates need to work onsite in Alameda, CA*

Meet has partnered with a leading biotechnology company focused on developing innovative therapies for cancer, advancing a robust pipeline of small molecules and biologics through strategic partnerships and cutting-edge research. They are looking for an Associate Director, Clinical Programming to join their team and develop outputs and listings that support the Data Management and Clinical Operations teams in reviewing and addressing data issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Data Management - Create and manage clinical reports and data checks. Work with Data Management and Clinical Operations to find and fix data issues.
• Process Improvement and Tools - Build tools and programs to automate tasks and improve efficiency. Support consistent and updated programming practices.
• Team Leadership - Manage staff including hiring, training, and performance reviews. Help the team grow and stay prepared for future needs.
• Collaboration and Compliance - Work with internal teams and outside partners. Make sure all work follows company policies and industry standards.

Key Qualification

• Strong Technical Skills - Comfortable using tools like SAS, R, Python, Spotfire, and Tableau to work with clinical data and support analytics.
• Leadership Experience - Has led global teams, worked well with partners, and managed budgets and team performance.
• Problem Solving and Innovation - Able to solve tough problems, improve how things are done, and help teams adapt to change.
• Education and Experience - Bachelor’s degree with 11+ years or Master’s degree with 9+ years in a related field like Computer Science, Biology, or Life Sciences.
