Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Project Manager Assistant to support our Project Managers in the successful execution of fencing projects. This role plays a key part in keeping job sites running efficiently, coordinating logistics, communicating with crews and clients, and ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow in the construction or project management field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers with day-to-day coordination of job site operations
  • Assist with scheduling crews, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates and gather feedback
  • Help maintain project timelines and monitor progress
  • Track deliveries, materials, and change orders
  • Attend site visits, walkthroughs, and inspections as needed
  • Keep records organized and updated, including job notes, permits, and documentation
  • Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed
  • Provide administrative support and handle project-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in construction, project coordination, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solver with a can-do attitude
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, field-based environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic scheduling tools
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus (not required)
