Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of 4+ restaurant units
• Coach and develop General Managers and teams
• Review guest feedback and lead improvements to enhance satisfaction
• Conduct operational audits, ensuring quality, food safety, and brand standards
• Build labor plans and manage P&Ls to meet or exceed financial targets
• Support hiring, performance management, and succession planning
• Ensure all locations meet health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Defend strategic decisions and present development plans to leadership

What We're Looking For:

• Proven multi-unit leadership experience in QSR or fast-casual environments
• Strong P&L and financial acumen
• A servant leader mindset focused on team development and retention
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Stable work history (minimal job-hopping)
• Willingness to relocate for the right opportunity (if not already local)
