After training there is an opportunity to be hybrid and work remote 2 days a week. This person must have prior administrative, customer service, and order managing experience.
The duties include:
-Communicating with customers via email and phones
-Managing and processing the customer orders
-Assisting with preparing quotes and deliveries
-Helping customers with any complaints or issues that arise
-Entering customer information into the software system
-Work in a team environment
