Administrative Assistant – Sales Support

On-site | Gardena, CA

Salary: $21 to $27 per hour

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Administrative Assistant to support our Sales team on-site in Gardena, CA. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset. You’ll play a key role in streamlining sales operations, managing documentation, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks that drive team efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including scheduling, reporting, and document preparation
  • Create and maintain sales quotes, pricing sheets, and customer records with accuracy
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to support performance tracking and decision-making
  • Coordinate communication between Sales, Purchasing, and Account Management teams
  • Assist with sample shipments, order processing, and follow-up documentation
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure timely updates to internal databases
  • Help resolve discrepancies in pricing, orders, and customer communications

What We’re Looking For

  • High School diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support, preferably in a sales or operations environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative office setting
