Pay Rate: $24-$25/hr.
Hybrid: Greenwood Village (4 days onsite, 1 remote)
Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years of administrative experience, including 3+ years supporting executives or leadership teams.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Exceptional organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in a financial or banking environment is a plus.
• Occasional travel or work outside normal business hours may be required.
